Maintenance Details:
During this scheduled window, we will be conducting maintenance activities, which include upgrading compute nodes. These activities are part of our ongoing efforts to ensure the reliability and security of your cloud services.

I want to assure you that this process is designed to be 99% non-disruptive. We'll seamlessly migrate workloads from one compute to another. While there might be a momentary blip of 1 to 2 seconds for VMs during the migration, we've got it all under control. Additionally, as outlined in the upgrade notice, in certain cases, we may need to perform cold migrations, necessitating a VM reboot. Should this be necessary for any of your servers, we'll provide advance notice to keep you informed.

Moderate Risk and Potential Impact:
Risk Level: Moderate

Potential Impact: The maintenance may lead to intermittent connectivity for a brief period. Most of the time we will be doing live migrations and potentially cold migrations which will reboot the VMs. While an effort has been made to minimise service interruptions, you might experience momentary disruptions.
